Safety & Handyman: Smoke/CO detector checks, path clearing, HVAC filter replacement, and lightbulb swaps.
Tech & Scam Defense: Device updates, Wi-Fi security checks, and a 15-minute briefing on current local scam tactics.
Logistics & Auto: Medication refill tracking, trash-to-curb removal, and a multi-point vehicle safety check.
Direct Family Reporting: Immediate digital summary sent to designated family members after every visit.
Tier 2: Active Coordination
$750 / month 2 Visits per month (Bi-weekly, ~3–4 hours each)
Best for: Individuals experiencing minor mobility friction or cognitive changes who need proactive support to keep the home safe, clean, and organized.
Includes All Tier 1 Services
Yard & Seasonal Care: Bi-weekly lawn mowing, walkway weeding, entry clearing, pet cleanup, and swamp cooler startups/shutdowns.
Targeted Cleaning: Deep cleaning and sanitation of one high-use bedroom and primary bathroom per month.
Pantry Refresh & Daily Living: Expired food disposal, fridge sanitizing, mail sorting, health equipment checks, and orientation calendar updates.
Bi-Weekly Family Reporting: Comprehensive updates sent to family after every single visit.
Tier 3: Comprehensive Management
$1,000 / month (Beta Client Pricing — Regularly $2,000) 4 Visits per month (Weekly, ~3–4 hours each)
Best for: Long-distance families or busy caregivers who need a full professional partner to entirely oversee a loved one’s household logistics, chores, and well-being.
Includes All Tier 1 & Tier 2 Services
Health Logistics & Appointment Prep: Weekly medication oversight, doctor appointment prep/paperwork updates, and fridge sanitation.
Transportation & Companionship: Up to 50 miles/month of private driving to appointments/outings, paired with 2–3 hours of structured companionship.
Expanded Home & Laundry Care: Routine monthly cleaning of main living areas and kitchen, plus 2 loads of laundry managed per month.
Tech Audits & Transition Support: Monthly app subscription audits and expert navigation for future home care or assisted living needs.
Weekly Family Reporting: Detailed weekly digital or phone health and safety updates.
