Managing Partner & Director of Client Services
Charles “Chuck” Leonard
Chuck’s career is rooted in a hands-on, service-first approach—bringing warmth, patience, and a reassuring smile to those in need. With more than a decade of frontline public service, including his time as a TSA Officer with the Department of Homeland Security and an Educational Assistant supporting students with disabilities, Chuck excels at managing complex, high-stress situations with calm, adaptable care.
His true passion for this work stems from family. After watching his parents struggle to support his grandfather, a Vietnam Veteran determined to age in place, Chuck recognized a critical gap. He saw firsthand how hard it is to balance caring for a loved one with managing a busy life. That experience became the driving force behind Soloana Home Vitality, founded to empower individuals to live independently while giving their families total peace of mind.
Born and raised in Rio Rancho and now residing in Albuquerque, Chuck is deeply committed to helping New Mexico families thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and two children, gaming online with friends and family, and cheering on his favorite football, soccer, and hockey teams.
